Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay is required.
What payment methods are accepted?
At Agriturismo San Gallo you can pay in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or debit card.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we handle the situation in this way: for cancellations received within 30 days of the arrival date, the customer will be refunded the entire deposit paid, net of bank or postal charges.
For cancellations received within 14 days prior to the date of arrival, however, 100% of the deposit plus bank or postal charges incurred for the return of the remaining deposit will be retained. In the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be returned.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax, provided by the Municipality of Bormio is € 1,50 per person, per day of stay. This tax is not included in the room rate and is paid upon check-in.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, when you book your room, breakfast is included in the price. Visit the dedicated section on our website, you will discover all the curiosities.
Are animals allowed?
Yes, of course, animals are welcome at Agriturismo San Gallo and there is an extra charge of € 50,00 for their stay. It is also forbidden to leave your four-legged friends unattended in your room.
Do you have a parking space?
Yes, Agriturismo San Gallo has parking facilities.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., unless otherwise agreed. However, please always communicate your estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a valid identification document (ID card, driving licence or passport), in order to fill in the prescribed Public Safety forms.
Check-out, on the other hand, must take place by 10:00 a.m. in order to allow cleaning and the welcoming of new guests. Should there be any special requirements, these must be communicated in advance and agreed upon. In the event of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Are there any exclusive services dedicated to guests?
Yes, laundry service is available on request (for a fee). We also have a charging station for electric cars. The service is free of charge for Porsche customers.
